Ce.S.A.R. works since its foundation in projecting and directing training interventions, both funded or not, addressed to young graduate or/and post graduate searching for further specialization to make the access to the job market easier; Ce.S.A.R. also addresses to workers, managers, professionals in need of update or deepening on the most actual topics. The main topics treated in our courses regard the agroindustrial and environmental sectors, community policies and the training of teachers; but the large network of external collaborators working with us allows Ce.S.A.R. to promote and realize with success training activities in several fields. Cesar is accredited by the Region Umbria for the direction of funded projects regarding the main courses of compulsory education, of lifelong training and high school education. Besides that Cesar obtained the certification of its quality system complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.

• Paid Training: In order to answer to all agricultural, agroindustrial and environmental protection training needs, Ce.SA.R. is able to propose different typologies of training routes, mainly performed as short seminars, addressed to several targets:
  • Young graduate, often in need of focused extensions or intensive specialization courses in order to consolidate and/or integrate university knowledge with professionals or operative knowledge.
  • Professionals (agricultural scientists, enterprise consultants, etc.) in need of updates or extensions on most actual topics;
  • Employers as well, in order to acquire strategic skills for the managing of their company settings. The planning of the following courses has been possible thanks to the network of high qualified collaborating partners working with Ce.S.A.R. both in Umbria and in Italy.
  
  The access to such courses is possible also thanks to the assignment of voucher financed by the Region Umbria. (i.e. vouchers that can be used for financing paid courses, included Cesar courses, since it’s a structure with ISO 9001:2000 certification).
