Europe Direct network is an information network established by the European Commission to reduce the gap between citizens and the Community institutions, so that there is always alocal information service to which everyone can turn to.

In your nearest Europe Direct Centre you can:

  • have an immediate feedback on general issues on EU
  • have information on the best sources of information/advice and contact details (at European, national or local level),
  • have information about your rights and opportunities as an EU citizen and how to benefit from it (how to obtain a residence permit or the recognition of your qualifications in another EU country, how to report a dangerous product, etc.),
  • get free EU publications.

Europe Direct Centres are present in all European cities and regions. In Umbria you can find our Europe Direct Umbria center hosted by CESAR, Center for Agricultural and Rural Development.
